Would You Go Into This Spooky Cabin Alone?
An abandoned cabin deep in the forests of Vermont, USA. On A fog-laced night, Elliot Gray, an obsessed photographer of forgotten places, arrives at a cabin long abandoned and shrouded in rumors. Locals say its owner vanished decades ago.
Elliot eyes the decrepit building, a strange unease settling in his chest, but he lifts his camera and murmurs, Rare shots are worth the risk. The door creaks open with a sigh from another era. He steps inside cautiously. Cracked walls, creaking floorboards, it feels as if time itself groans within.
But his attention falls on a large mirror along the wall. His reflection shows only half his face, the other half distorted and unfamiliar. He snaps a photo. But the image on his camera screen surprises him it shows him standing, yes, but a faceless man lurks silently behind him. This isn't my photo, he whispers, pulse racing.
He wanders deeper into the cabin. In A dust-covered room, he discovers a wooden box. Inside, an old photo dated 1942, and the man in it looks exactly like Elliot. No way, is this me?
He attempts to leave, but each door leads back to the same room. Time loses meaning. Even his wristwatch has stopped ticking.
The camera flashes a cryptic message on its screen. No one sees their reflection twice, unless they are the reflection. He glances back at the mirror. Now he sees himself smiling, though his real body remains still.
A pair of phantom hands reaches through the glass, pulling him in. Slowly, Elliot becomes part of the mirror. His photo appears, now mounted among dozens of others, faces of visitors who never left. The cabin claims another soul.
